What this site is

This site describes Kynos products and plans as they are being built. Kynos is in beta. Features, plans and prices shown here may change and may not reflect the latest release. Nothing on this site is a binding offer; your written agreement with Kynos governs what is delivered, when, and on what terms.

Trials and plans

Free plans, trials and paid plans are provided under the Kynos customer agreement you accept when you sign up. Where the site and that agreement differ, the agreement controls.

Investors

The Founding Partners section is a summary for discussion with verified accredited investors only and is not an offer to sell securities. See that section’s notice.

Content and marks

Site content and the Kynos name and logo belong to Apex Cyber LLC. Named third-party products belong to their owners.

No warranty

The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties about the site and limit our liability for its use to the amount you have paid us for it, which is zero for browsing.
