Privacy Policy

Effective 2 October 2026. Apex Cyber LLC d/b/a Kynos AI, Sheridan, Wyoming.

What we collect

This site stores nothing you type into it. Its forms do not send anything to our servers: when you press send, the site opens your own email app with a message addressed to contact@kynos.ai, and nothing leaves your device until you send that email yourself. What we receive is that email: what you typed (name, email, company, message, the option you chose), your email address and the usual email headers.

Like any website, our web server and our network provider, Cloudflare, keep standard access logs: your IP address, your browser’s user-agent string, the address of the page you asked for, and the time. This site loads no analytics or advertising scripts. Video on this site loads from YouTube only when you press play; YouTube’s privacy policy applies from that point.

Why

To reply to you, to set up a trial, training, sponsorship, or partner conversation you asked for, and to keep a record of that request. We may use what you send to prepare for a conversation with you.

Who sees it

Email you send to contact@kynos.ai is read by Kynos, and AI systems we operate may help us review it and draft replies; those systems use third-party AI model providers such as Anthropic. We do not sell or rent it. Service providers that process it on our behalf: DigitalOcean (hosting), Cloudflare (network), Microsoft (email) and AI model providers (drafting assistance), under their business terms.

How long

We keep email you send us for as long as we need it to deal with your request and keep a record of it. If you become a customer, your customer agreement governs.

Your choices

Email contact@kynos.ai to see, correct, or delete what we hold about you. We will confirm within 30 days. If you are in the EU/UK you have the rights set out in GDPR, including to complain to your supervisory authority.

Children

This site and our services are for people 18 and over.

Changes

We will post changes here with a new effective date.
