Before an agent sends an email, changes a record, runs a command or spends a dollar, IronWall checks whether it’s allowed to. Routine work goes through. Anything that matters waits for your approval in Command Center. Anything dangerous is blocked outright.

Why now

Every small business is being told it needs an AI strategy and handed tools built for enterprises or for developers. The gap between “I have an idea” and “it runs my business” is where Kynos sits: a workforce a non-technical owner can run, on hardware they control, with a company behind it that sets it up and helps watch it.

What’s different

Sovereignty and security are the product, not features. Customers own the server, the keys, the data and what they build. Every tool call from the core agents passes through IronWall’s policy engine, mapped to the OWASP Agentic Top 10. Nobody selling to this market can say both.

The model

Free to build, paid to run: a free Builder plan, monthly Founder and Small Business plans plus hosting, add-ons for private models, a video studio with its own pricing, and a marketplace that earns a platform fee on what members sell. Recurring revenue with hosting and services margin on top.

The partner program

Twenty-five seats for operators and capital partners who want more than a cap-table line: each partner runs Kynos in their own business, earns on the customers they bring, and holds a membership interest in the company. Partner levels, including a capital-only path, are described in the partner memorandum.

Who’s behind it. Kynos is founder-led. Steve spent 25 years in enterprise cybersecurity before building the platform, and still runs the security company that will resell it. The founder keeps operational control; partners get a working platform on day one and a share of what the company becomes.
